Workers at Movement Management are organizing with Workers United SEIU.
Workers at CBRE, Inc. are organizing with IUOE Local 30.
Decertification petitions are filed at Madison Square Garden Networks for units currently represented by IBEW Local 1212.
Workers at Clean Harbors Environmental Services are organizing with Teamsters Local 11.
A decertification petition has been filed at Brooklyn Prospect Clinton Hill Middle School, currently affiliated with UFT Local 2.
A Starbucks store in Manhattan is organizing with Starbucks Workers United.
Workers at The Lighting Design Group are organizing with IATSE Local 1 and United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829 in two units.
Workers at Abrams Books voted 43-6 to join UAW Local 2110.
Workers at The Door, A Center of Alternatives voted 15-1 to decertify. The unit was previously represented by AFSCME Local 215 - DC37.
Bargaining & Action
05/23: The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA reached a tentative agreement with United Airlines after five years of no raises.
05/29: An overwhelming majority of NYSNA midwives employed by PAGNY at NYC Health+Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx vote to authorize a strike.
05/30: Tabletop Workers United reached a tentative agreement with Hex&Co., the Uncommons, and the Brooklyn Strategist.
06/03: WGA East’s Vox Union members delivered a strike pledge with 95% of their unit signed on. Their contract expires on June 12.

Albany
New safety requirements for retail employers in New York, including training and emergency alert systems, take effect under the now implemented Retail Worker Safety Act.
Miscellaneous
Michael Mulgrew won his sixth consecutive three-year term as president of the 200,000-member UFT. Mulgrew and the Unity Caucus received 54% of the vote, Amy Arundell with the A Better Contract Caucus received 32%, and Olivia Swisher with the ARISE Caucus received 14%.
